Most deposits are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfers may take 1-15 minutes depending on the institution. nex288 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may impose their own fees. Deposited funds become part of your account balance and are available for wagering on all nex288 services.
All transactions on nex288 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees imposed by your financial institution.
Users may request withdrawals of available account balance at any time, subject to meeting all bonus wagering requirements and verification procedures. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit unless alternative arrangements are approved by nex288 support. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000; maximum withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier.

nex288 reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests in the following circumstances: incomplete KYC verification, suspected fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, active bonus wagering requirements not met, suspicious betting patterns, or chargebacks initiated against previous deposits. Users must wager deposited funds at least one time (1x rollover) before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before associated winnings can be withdrawn. nex288 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Active bonuses at the time of cancellation will remain valid until their natural expiration, but new claims will not be accepted.
All bets are final once confirmed. Users are responsible for ensuring their bet selections are correct before placement. nex288 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious errors (such as incorrect odds display, technical malfunction, or human error). Sports betting rules follow standard international practices; specific rules for each sport and market type are available on the sportsbook information pages. Casino game rules are provided by the game providers and accessible within each game.
In the event of disconnection during live play, sports bets that have been placed remain valid and will settle according to the final outcome. For casino games and togel draws, if disconnection occurs before bet placement is confirmed, the bet is void. If disconnection occurs after bet placement, the game round continues and results are recorded; users can view outcomes in their betting history.
All game results and sports betting outcomes are determined by official sources. In sports betting, results are based on official league or governing body announcements. Casino game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) audited by independent testing agencies. Disputes regarding results must be raised within 30 days of the disputed event via nex288 customer support. nex288's decision on all disputes is final.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nex288 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or cost of substitute services. nex288 does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation of the platform. Technical issues, server maintenance, internet connectivity problems, or events beyond our control may result in service disruptions.
nex288 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close user accounts at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, suspicious betting patterns, failure to complete KYC verification, or periods of extended inactivity exceeding 12 months. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to the user after deduction of any outstanding fees or obligations. Users may voluntarily close their accounts by contacting customer support; please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
nex288 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform with the updated "Last Updated" date. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to nex288's operating jurisdiction. If negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration.
